Job Responsibility:
Provide fast and efficient customer service to end-users and internal Trimble teams, and escalate bug or requirement issues to resolve problems or address customer feedback
Provide comprehensive training sessions to customers, including fundamental, advanced, and customized training, to enhance their understanding and utilization of our software
Provide seamless onboarding services to new customers, instructing them on how to get started with the Tekla software, including license, login, download, installation, and support
Collaborate closely with the sales team to respond promptly to technical and functionality questions related to the products
Localization of the annual new version so that enables it to work in the China environment. Reflect customer feedback
Create technical notes and documentation on the team's workflows and processes
Involving translation for products, brochures, letters, emails and websites considering technical knowledge
Represent the company as a technical expert at business conferences, events, and customer meetings
Requirements:
At least 3 years’ working experience in Technical support roles
Professional experience using Tekla Structures
Experience in implementing BIM adoption across different BIM tools
Adapt to short-term business trips
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and great ability to learn
Self-motivation with the capacity to work independently and within a team-based environment
Bachelor or above degree in Civil Engineering or related specialty
Nice to have:
Practical familiarity or development experience with the Tekla Open API
