Job Responsibility:

Handle technical support requests via phone, email, chat, and social media
Assist with pre-sales questions, general inquiries, and troubleshooting
Provide clear and practical guidance within defined procedures
Escalate complex issues when needed and follow up with internal teams
Keep detailed case records and manage your ticket queue efficiently
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure each case is resolved effectively

Requirements:

Fluency in Romanian
Good command of English
Previous experience in a call center is a plus
Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting knowledge
Great communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
High school diploma required
Higher education is a bonus
