Job Description:

Join our project and help users of one of the world’s leading search engine platforms. You will provide technical assistance and feedback to improve their online experience. This is a great chance to use your skills and knowledge in a rewarding and fun way.

Job Responsibility:

  • respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels
  • provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support
  • maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions
  • escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed
  • collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets
  • manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction
  • work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • review and provide feedback on help content

Requirements:

  • fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written
  • previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • higher education degree (a plus)
  • knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus)
