Help us to increase the number of successful products in the world. A customer-obsessed person to take care of a large number of our larger customers. You’ll engage with them regularly to ensure their continued retention and growth. You'll need to be incredibly helpful, technical enough to help our customers, and solve real problems without asking a sales engineer for help. You will be the expert. You’re great at building relationships with customers, understanding their priorities, and ensuring they are set up for success both today and in the long term.
Job Responsibility:
Be the face of PostHog for 30-60 paying customers in the $10k-$100k ARR range
Ensure customer retention and growth
Build relationships with users and identify key people in each company
Own customer feedback and ensure it gets to the wider team
Be responsive to Slack messages, support tickets, and emails
Monitor product usage and revenue data to ensure customer health
Be proactive in resolving issues
Build automations to help with the role
Requirements:
Technically capable
Comfortable reading and occasionally writing code (SQL, JavaScript, Python)
Ability to explain technical details and recommend changes
Ability to advise on configuration best practices and integration
Understand how product teams work, their roles, collaboration, and shipping processes
Strong customer focus
Able to work at scale and prioritize effectively with around 40 customers to manage
Nice to have:
Experience working with similar technologies (developer tools, product analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, data pipelines)
Experience in a Pre-sales or Technical Account Manager role
