Our client, a premier electronics manufacturer, is looking for a Technical Customer Service specialist to fill a newly created vacancy driven by strategic company expansion.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for regional clients, ensuring swift and effective troubleshooting
Oversee quality assurance inquiries by leading RMA processes and detailed 8D root-cause analysis
Educate stakeholders through engaging technical workshops and ongoing knowledge-sharing for sales teams
Partner with customers to provide technical guidance on product applications and manufacturing workflows
Commit to superior service delivery through clear, concise technical reporting and documentation
Support the wider team with flexible assistance on special assignments as they arise
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related
Preferably talents with at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer support, RMA handling and electronics related roles
