Job Description:

Our client, a premier electronics manufacturer, is looking for a Technical Customer Service specialist to fill a newly created vacancy driven by strategic company expansion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for regional clients, ensuring swift and effective troubleshooting
  • Oversee quality assurance inquiries by leading RMA processes and detailed 8D root-cause analysis
  • Educate stakeholders through engaging technical workshops and ongoing knowledge-sharing for sales teams
  • Partner with customers to provide technical guidance on product applications and manufacturing workflows
  • Commit to superior service delivery through clear, concise technical reporting and documentation
  • Support the wider team with flexible assistance on special assignments as they arise

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related
  • Preferably talents with at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer support, RMA handling and electronics related roles
