Job Description:

Eurail is seeking an experienced IT support professional to join their team as a technical agent. This role focuses on providing first-line support for escalated technical issues. The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with office days at their Utrecht location, conveniently situated just minutes from Utrecht Centraal Station.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help various Eurail departments answer technical questions, stepping in to provide customer service with solutions for traveler difficulties
  • Verify, reproduce, and recategorize IT Ops issues based on impact and urgency
  • Analyze question trends to offer solutions and test promotional product restrictions and functionality

Requirements:

  • Experienced technical agent
  • Degree in IT or a related field
  • Strong understanding of API, app-based, or web-based applications
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Detail oriented
  • Great problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AWS, Zendesk, ClickUp, CommerceTools, and other technical support tools
  • A great multitasker
