Eurail is seeking an experienced IT support professional to join their team as a technical agent. This role focuses on providing first-line support for escalated technical issues. The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with office days at their Utrecht location, conveniently situated just minutes from Utrecht Centraal Station.
Job Responsibility:
Help various Eurail departments answer technical questions, stepping in to provide customer service with solutions for traveler difficulties
Verify, reproduce, and recategorize IT Ops issues based on impact and urgency
Analyze question trends to offer solutions and test promotional product restrictions and functionality
Requirements:
Experienced technical agent
Degree in IT or a related field
Strong understanding of API, app-based, or web-based applications
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Detail oriented
Great problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Experience with AWS, Zendesk, ClickUp, CommerceTools, and other technical support tools
