Job Description:

You will be part of our technical CRM team reporting into the Head of Marketing Technology. As a Technical CRM Manager, you will help to shape and implement impactful, data-driven customer journeys for commercial customers. Your work will ensure delivering the right communication to the right car dealer while continuously improving our Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities. This role is highly collaborative, working with Marketing, Sales, Product, Tech, Analytics and external partners to enhance customer engagement. The contract is for a fixed term (Befristeter Arbeitsvertrag) and linked to maternity/parental leave, the actual end date depends on the return of the employee.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the technical development and execution of B2B CRM processes, delivering fully automated customer journeys and adhoc communication
  • Design customer segmentation strategies that enhance personalization and engagement across multiple channels
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Work closely with internal tech & data teams to extend the connection between our platform and CRM solution
  • Provide data-driven insights and adhoc analyses to support marketing strategies
  • Act as a trusted technical consultant for the Marketing team, helping them to optimize customer engagement
  • Continuously enhance CRM capabilities by driving innovation and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in a technical CRM or marketing automation role
  • Understanding of customer retention strategies and experience with highly personalized communications
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation tools)
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDP), such as Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Solid foundation in relational databases and SQL queries
  • Basic knowledge of coding language AMP script
  • Fluency in English
