Job Responsibility

  • Improve the regulatory compliance (notably RBQ and fire protection) of all our buildings
  • actively participate in the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of consolidated calls for tenders for our various maintenance contracts
  • accurately inventory equipment to optimize and update the maintenance module of our CMMS (Angus) management system
  • implement a five-year asset management plan and efficiently schedule capital projects (CAPEX)
  • provide advanced technical expertise to standardize our documentation processes and support the property management team on a daily basis
  • conduct approximately 5 hours of field visits per week in Montreal to audit the quality of work and absolute adherence to contracts

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience in building systems/mechanics, estimation, or technical coordination in the real estate sector
  • exceptional rigor in research, data analysis, and the presentation of well-structured technical documents
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to analyze costs, read complex blueprints, and negotiate strategically with suppliers
  • master current technological tools and have strong learning potential to navigate management systems (CMMS)
  • excellent analytical mind and natural leadership
