Job Description

AI infrastructure is having its moment, and someone needs to explain it in a way that doesn't make engineers roll their eyes. That someone is you. This is a highly technical role for someone who can talk GPU architecture with our engineering team in the morning, then turn around and write a white paper that makes distributed training frameworks actually make sense. You'll own Crusoe's technical content strategy — the deep-dive blog posts, research reports, technical white papers, and documentation that position us as the infrastructure company that actually knows what we're talking about. You'll work directly with our engineering, product, and research teams to create industry-leading technical content. This means getting into the weeds on topics like NVLink topology, NCCL optimization, InfiniBand fabric design, and Kubernetes orchestration, then crafting narratives that showcase our technical depth while remaining genuinely useful to the engineers reading them. You'll report to an experienced content lead who's spent a decade building technical content programs and who'll push you to do your best work while giving you real ownership over Crusoe's technical voice. Your #1 priority is creating MORE technical content in 2026; the kind that gets bookmarked, referenced in Slack channels, and earns respect from the people actually building AI. This role is perfect for someone who's been on the technical side and wants to focus on storytelling, or a technical content marketer who's ready to go deep on infrastructure topics that matter.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the technical content roadmap and editorial calendar in partnership with product marketing and engineering
  • Research, write, and edit in-depth technical content including white papers, technical reports, blog posts, documentation, and research briefs
  • Translate complex infrastructure concepts into clear, authoritative content that resonates with AI engineers and technical decision-makers
  • Develop content that supports product launches, feature releases, and technical thought leadership
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and research teams to understand technical architecture, features, and capabilities at a deep level
  • Conduct technical interviews with engineers and subject matter experts to gather accurate, detailed information
  • Partner with product marketing to align technical content with go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate with external research partners on co-authored content and technical reports
  • Understand AI engineers, ML researchers, and infrastructure teams deeply. Know what they care about, how they evaluate tools, and what content actually helps them
  • Apply SEO and GEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable by technical audiences
  • Track content performance and analyze metrics to understand what's resonating and what needs iteration
  • Develop webinar content and technical presentations for events and campaigns
  • Manage relationships with external technical writers, agencies, and contractors
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with design, web, digital marketing, and marketing operations
  • Juggle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptionally high quality standards
  • Use generative AI tools strategically to accelerate research and drafting without sacrificing technical accuracy or voice

Requirements

  • 7+ years in technical content marketing, developer relations, or technical writing with a strong portfolio
  • Deep technical knowledge of AI infrastructure, cloud computing, or GPU computing
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills that make complex technical topics clear and engaging
  • Proven experience working closely with engineering and product teams to create accurate, authoritative content
  • Track record creating long-form technical assets: white papers, research reports, technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of technical audiences (AI engineers, ML researchers, infrastructure teams) and what resonates with them
  • Expert organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CMS, marketing platforms (Figma, GA4, Salesforce, Marketo), and project management tools
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution—you can build content roadmaps AND write the technical deep-dive
  • High bar for technical accuracy, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to operate independently

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in engineering, product, or technical roles
  • Experience working for an AI infrastructure, cloud, or HPC company
  • Ability to read and understand code (Python, CUDA, etc.)
  • Video production and editing skills
  • Strong public speaking experience and comfort presenting technical topics
  • Open source community involvement or technical writing contributions
  • Experience with developer documentation and API documentation

What we offer

  • Restricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology company
  • Health insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents
  • Employer contributions to HSA accounts
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
  • Teladoc
  • 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary
  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Subscription to the Calm app
  • MetLife Legal
  • Company paid commuter benefit
