Working knowledge of docs-as-code practices, including Markdown/AsciiDoc authoring, Git-based version control, and structured peer reviews
Strong written and verbal English communication
Proficiency with standard content development tools and processes such as Oxygen, Adobe Experience Manager, GitHub, Jira, and Agile principles
Ability to structure and maintain content using sound information architecture principles, ensuring consistency, reusability, and adherence to style guides
Growth mindset and adaptability, demonstrated by curiosity, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous learning
Nice to have:
Prior experience documenting enterprise software domains such as storage, cloud, Kubernetes, or SaaS platforms
Experience supporting multi-version or release-based documentation, including managing updates across versions in a squad-based delivery model
Exposure to AI-assisted content development tools (e.g., CoPilot, Productivity Assistant) and interest in leveraging AI for efficiency and quality improvements
Exposure to CI/CD or automation practices for documentation, such as link checks, linting, or content validation pipelines
Ability to contribute beyond assigned deliverables by mentoring junior writers, improving processes, or driving content quality initiatives
