We’re seeking a motivated Technical Content Creator & Marketing Professional to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is perfect for someone who can bridge the gap between complex AI/ML technologies and compelling business narratives. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to create thought leadership content, develop brand assets, and drive our marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Job Responsibility:
Technical Content Creation (60%): Research and write 2-4 technical blog posts per month on topics including Enterprise AI, LLMOps, federated learning, Zero Trust architectures, GenAI governance, and AI platform engineering
Support development of in-depth white papers that explain complex AI concepts, industry use cases, and NStarX’s differentiated approach
Document customer success stories and create compelling use case narratives across healthcare, financial services, and media verticals
Help create product briefs, service descriptions, solution overviews, and technical explainers for both technical and business audiences
Develop LinkedIn carousels, posts, and thought leadership content that positions NStarX experts as industry voices
Collaborate with design resources to develop content for architecture diagrams, infographics, and presentation decks
Brand & Marketing (40%): Support brand positioning initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all content and channels
Help plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with company priorities and market trends
Optimize content for search engines and support digital marketing campaigns
Create compelling email newsletters, campaign content, and nurture sequences
Develop content for webinars, conferences, and virtual events
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform content strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
1-3 years of experience in technical content writing, B2B marketing, or technology marketing
Experience writing for enterprise technology, SaaS, AI/ML, or cloud computing companies preferred
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, cloud computing, data engineering, or enterprise software
Ability to quickly learn and explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language
Familiarity with enterprise technology ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
Understanding of B2B marketing principles and enterprise buying journeys
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong research skills with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
Experience with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar)
Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and professional social media platforms
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
Collaborative team player comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong editorial judgment
Intellectually curious with passion for emerging technologies
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
Nice to have:
Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma) for creating visual content
Basic understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA)
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Zoho Marketing)
Previous experience in consulting, professional services, or B2B enterprise software
Portfolio of published technical content or marketing materials
Understanding of federated learning, differential privacy, or edge AI concepts
