Job Description:

We are looking for a customer- and service-oriented individual to join our CSS Framework Services team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and issues with enthusiasm and a problem-solving mindset. A strong technical focus is required, as you will enjoy troubleshooting and working with our ATOSS Software. If you love diving into technical challenges and providing excellent customer support, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage customer migrations from on-premise environments to our cloud platform, ensuring smooth, efficient projects
  • Evolve projects from End-to-end, from initiation through billing, maintaining control over resources, timelines, and costs, while coordinating with other specialist teams as needed
  • Act as a technical expert for both internal teams and customers, providing guidance on our software product and troubleshooting to resolve functional issues
  • Communicate clearly with customers, address technical questions, and make complex topics understandable for diverse audiences
  • Conduct thorough analyses of customer systems to assess needs, developing technical and organizational migration strategies

Requirements:

  • Graduates: completed degree, ideally in a technical or scientific field (e.g., computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics) OR degree as an IT Specialist with around 10 years of business experience in a practical environment
  • In-depth understanding of operating systems, network architectures, and security standards
  • capable of efficiently analyzing and solving complex technical challenges
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to monitor tasks, deadlines, customer relationships, and expectations
  • Solid foundation in IT technologies, infrastructure, networking, security, and working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Collaborative team player—proactively share knowledge and support colleagues to achieve shared objectives
  • Fluency in German and very good English skills
