The Technical Consultant will join the Customer Experience team, with a strong focus on system integrations. The role covers both out-of-the-box integrations and REST API-based solutions, supporting international projects within the Professional Services organization. You will play a key role in implementing the spend management suite by deploying and configuring integrations with customer ERP systems and advising clients on best practices for APIs and system integrations. The role includes some customer-facing interactions and also involves producing technical documentation, supporting security integrations (e.g., Entra ID), and handling ad-hoc data import/export requests using internal tools.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the technical expert within the Professional Services delivery team, collaborating closely with Project Managers and Functional Consultants
Deploy and configure standard integrations between the platform and customer ERP systems
Support and guide customers in the use of REST APIs and system-to-system integrations
Support internal and customer integration testing activities
Configure SaaS applications with a strong focus on integration and data handling best practices
Implement EDI connections for e-invoicing solutions using standard APIs
Produce technical documentation and configuration guides for handover to the support team
Collaborate with teams across Professional Services, Cloud Operations, and R&D
Prepare technical specifications and data mapping documents in collaboration with customer IT and finance teams
Requirements:
Strong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and REST APIs
Experience in IT system implementation, ideally in SaaS or cloud environments
Knowledge of financial or accounting systems is required
Structured, detail-oriented working approach
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining quality and control
Nice to have:
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (AX/F&O, NAV/Business Central), or Infor M3
Experience in Professional Services or consulting environments
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
Exposure to Spend Management or Source-to-Pay / Purchase-to-Pay solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
