As a Medior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, you will oversee your own career and personal development with the support of our organization. Just in a few months’ time you will be preparing to step into the exciting world of business consultancy and business processes, supported by the newest Microsoft solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions of Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing and Project Operations
  • Deliver high quality business and software application services to clients
  • The creation of high quality and sustainable client solutions
  • Enforce best practices for coding standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing effective and timely solutions
  • Conduct code reviews to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenges in the development process
  • Meet customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior
  • Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally
  • Always represent HSO in a professional and positive manner
  • Advise customers on industries best practices in a proactive rather than passive way

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience in CE Configuration, customization, standard workflows, Power Automate Flows, Dashboards, Model Driven App, Fetch XML, forms and views
  • Good communication skills and creative in solving problems
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive
  • Customer-oriented, not afraid of taking responsibility and able to work independently with less supervision
  • Good technical background in Dynamics 365 CE Customization & Configuration and Power Platform
  • Skilled in Plugins, Custom API, JavaScript/Typescript, Power Automate and Power Apps for Dynamics 365 CE to extend and enhance core functionalities
  • Understanding of Dataverse security roles, field-level security, and environment governance
  • Experience with version control systems like GIT, build automation, and release management using Azure DevOps
  • Enforce best practices for coding standards
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Conduct code reviews
