Technical Consultant

• Lead and manage end-to-end data migration projects, including data preparation, cleansing, validation, and transformation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within IFS
• Provide guidance on technical aspects of IFS (such as data structures, integrations, and configurations) while maintaining a functional perspective
• Work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions
• Offer proactive advice to optimise client systems and processes
• Support implementation and upgrades of IFS applications, focusing on functional configuration and data integrity
• Stay informed about IFS capabilities and related technologies to help clients maximise system value

• A (Master’s) degree in a relevant field e.g. engineering, IT, Business etc.
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP systems, ideally with exposure to IFS Cloud but not essential
• Hands-on experience in data migration projects, including data mapping, validation, and transformation
• Understanding of technical concepts (e.g., databases, middleware)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (French is an asset)
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and document processes effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
