Job Description:

As a Technical Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our clients by delivering high-quality technical solutions and ensuring seamless system integration and configuration. You’ll be the link between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring we meet and exceed expectations.

Job Responsibility:

Customer Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, offering technical guidance and support throughout the implementation and post-go-live phases
Training Delivery: Deliver clear, engaging training sessions to clients and internal users, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and system adoption
Graphical Application Configuration: Configure applications with user-friendly interfaces, optimising layouts and workflows based on client needs
Integration Configuration: Set up and manage system integrations between our solutions and external platforms, ensuring smooth data exchange and functionality
Data Jobs Management: Create and manage data archiving and data migration jobs to support system performance and successful transitions between environments

Requirements:

Proven experience working with databases, including structure, querying, and optimisation
Advanced knowledge of SQL, with a deep understanding of data manipulation, querying, and performance tuning
Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have:

Experience administering Oracle Database, including setup, tuning, and security management
Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows system administration, especially in a hosted or enterprise environment
Prior exposure to ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) including support, configuration, or integration experience
