Job Description:

The Technical Consultant will be responsible to lead end-to-end remote implementation and configuration of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, and networking. You will deliver projects remotely—planning, deploying, integrating, validating, and handing over HPE systems in customer environments—ensuring best practices, security compliance, and a smooth transition to operations. This role involves designing, deploying, and integrating HPE solutions remotely, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC), container orchestration, and DevOps practices to deliver secure, scalable, and automated environments for enterprise customers.

Job Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end remote implementation and configuration of HPE infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, and networking
Deliver projects remotely—planning, deploying, integrating, validating, and handing over HPE systems in customer environments
Ensure best practices, security compliance, and a smooth transition to operations
Design, deploy, and integrate HPE solutions remotely, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC), container orchestration, and DevOps practices
Provide expert level assistance directly to Customers, Partners, and Field CEs
Provide leadership in technical problem management
Respond to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions
Take ownership of a project and drive it to completion with customer satisfaction
Provide direction to team activities and facilitate information validation and team decision making process
Participate in Knowledge creation and management activities
Assess and appreciate technical issues as well as the customer's business impact and communicate appropriately with the customer
Exhibit “Customer First and Customer Last Attitude” consistently
Comprehension of L3/L4 analysis and communication of the same to our customers
Demonstrate high level of technical & communication skills
Expertise in communicating with customers and intra organization
Takes responsibility for end-to-end problem ownership and its solutions

Requirements:

Excellence in verbal and written Czech
Excellence in verbal and written English
5+ years in HPE infrastructure deployment and automation
Expertise in HPE Private Cloud and Hybrid IT solutions
Strong knowledge of IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform) and DevOps practices
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration platforms
Proficiency in scripting languages and automation frameworks
Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks for enterprise environments
Ability to work in a 24x7 environment
