Proven participation in BC implementations (end-to-end or key phases)
Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or customer-facing roles
Strong understanding of Finance, Trade & Inventory, core operational processes in BC
Ability to translate business needs into solution designs
Ability to explain ERP concepts in clear, business-oriented language, and balance customer expectations with delivery reality
Confident communication with business stakeholders and decision-makers

Job Responsibility

Participate in pre-sales cycles together with sales teams
Conduct discovery sessions to understand business processes and pain points
Design and present Business Central solution concepts
Deliver solution demos (standard and scenario-based)
Support RFP / RFI responses, including scope definition and assumptions
Act as a solution advisor during customer evaluations and decision-making
Bring hands-on experience from Business Central implementations
Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, realistic in terms of scope, timeline, and risks
Advise on implementation approach, phases, and dependencies
Collaborate with delivery teams to align pre-sales commitments with execution
