Investigate and resolve quality and food safety issues with corrective and preventive actions
Maintain audit-ready systems and documentation at all times
Provide floor-based coaching on GMP and hygiene practices
Lead preparation for customer and third-party audits
Maintain schedules, reports, documentation and traceability systems
Deliver training and embed a strong food safety culture
