Job Description:

The Technical Cloud Engineer role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise involves contributing to technical design and implementation, scripting, automation, public cloud infrastructure administration, and collaboration with team members and customers. Job Responsibility:

delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project
installing new systems applications
updating applications, firmware, and drivers
creating boundaries for configuration and testing activities
applications programming for assigned modules within larger programs
assisting in technical presentations and demonstrations
participating in customer meetings
contributing to design for specific deliverables
development of technical solutions
working as part of a team
maintaining good relationships with team members and customers

Requirements:

United States Citizenship
3-5 years of technical experience
Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area
scripting automation and orchestration experience
knowledge in common scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash
experience with on-premises hypervisor administration
experience with public cloud infrastructure administration

Nice to have:

ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on individual products
ability to produce documentation for use by team and customer
broad and specific communication concepts
contribute to design for deliverables
