Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
proven experience as a Business Analyst
proficiency in ERP and other business systems, preferably in a manufacturing setting
expertise in Tableau (or Power BI) for data visualization and analysis is necessary
strong command over SQL for managing and manipulating databases is essential
excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business systems
strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and translate their needs into technical requirements
knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
candidate must demonstrate a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills

Job Responsibility

Gather and categorize detailed information to determine the most suitable resolution methods
develop visual tools using data from ERP and other sources to aid business analysis
carry out level I system administration tasks
collaborate with external vendors to impart understanding of the system setup and work environment
exercise detail-oriented judgment in problem analysis to either attempt a hardware/software solution or determine the level of maintenance needed
provide technical leadership and training for entry level technical support analysts when necessary
conduct technical support and systems administration tasks
demonstrate agility, sound judgment, independent thinking, follow-through, and initiative in solving moderately complex issues
communicate effectively, demonstrating solid computer proficiency
demonstrate a results-oriented approach with the ability to multi-task, respond quickly to needs, and meet deadlines

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst Developer in the construction/contractor industry
Strong proficiency in IBM - RPG
Excellent knowledge of SQL Queries
Demonstrable experience in Business Analysis
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Responsibility

Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system improvements and integrations
Scrutinize existing business processes and systems to find areas for enhancement and prepare detailed specifications
Propose and execute solutions to optimize financial, ERP, and other vital integrated systems using recognized process improvement methodologies
Design, develop, implement, and support middleware solutions to integrate financial and ERP systems with other crucial platforms
Develop, implement, and support business intelligence tools and reporting systems to facilitate data-driven decision-making
Carry out technical development tasks, such as writing and optimizing code in modern programming languages to support custom applications, system integrations, and automation efforts
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system integrations, web applications, custom applications, and reporting tools
Monitor system performance and resolve issues as they arise
Maintain data integrity across multiple systems, ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards
Aid end-users by providing system documentation, conducting training, and resolving technical issues as needed

Minimum 10 years of experience in the role of Business Systems Analyst
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Extensive experience working with business systems
Solid background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Proficiency in conducting Gap Analysis
Experience in AB Testing is a significant advantage
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
Experience in Backlog Grooming is highly desirable
Understanding of various Business Process Functions
Ability to draft detailed Business Requirement Documents
