Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Technical Systems Analyst, DSA, or hybrid technical-functional consultant
  • Strong technical + functional blend with the ability to bridge business, architecture, and engineering teams
  • Experience supporting enterprise banking, SaaS, platform, or large-scale enterprise delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems architecture, integrations, APIs, and end-to-end workflows
  • Proven experience working within API and integration-heavy environments
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, JSON packages/schemas, and enterprise system interactions
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business, functional, technical, and integration requirements
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable delivery artifacts
  • Experience supporting solution discovery, workflow analysis, integration mapping, and systems analysis initiatives
  • Strong exposure to Agile / SDLC delivery environments and collaboration with development teams
