Job Description:

The ISG, Information Services Group, Data Solutions organization aims to support Citi on its journey to adopt a data driven culture by delivering innovative technology solutions and simplifying access to quality data and business intelligence. The Lead Business Analyst role involves working with Clients and capturing Business Requirements, analyzing data, defining EPICs and User Stories, collaborating closely with IT, PM, and Operations partners, and providing technical leadership on high-impact projects.

Job Responsibility:

Create Business and Function Requirements
Lead/Manage Client Deliverables and Book of Work
Provide Direction and Technical Leadership on complex, high-impact projects
Data Modelling, Mapping, Mining and Transformation
Work closely with IT, PM and Operations partners
Develop Interfaces - Web GUI / API
Work with Data Providers Vendors (Internal & External)
Define EPICs and User Stories based on Client Requirements
Work with Stakeholders
Documentation and User Training

Requirements:

Working with Clients and capture Business Requirement
Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
SQL Proficiency
Validation and Testing in collaboration with Dev/QA/Operations
Understanding of Data Model
Vendor/Data Source Hierarchy for Golden Copy
Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis
College degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience
Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
Data Oriented with an excellent attention to detail

Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
Master’s degree preferred
