That’s exactly what we’re doing at Convergence Group - and we’re looking for a Technical Data Systems Analyst to join us on the journey. You’ll join our Process and Systems team in a hands-on, technical role where you’ll play a key part in understanding how our systems and data really work, documenting complex data flows, and helping us improve processes, integrations, and overall system efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Working with SQL, stored procedures, and operational data to understand data flows and system logic
  • Mapping and documenting end-to-end data workflows, dependencies, and data lineage
  • Collaborating with developers to understand embedded business rules and technical logic
  • Identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work
  • Translating technical system knowledge into clear documentation for both technical and non-technical teams
  • Supporting system integrations and process improvement initiatives
  • Helping establish data ownership, governance controls, and data integrity standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with SQL, stored procedures, and operational data analysis
  • 5+ years experience with one or more programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell or similar
  • Background in system transformation or system improvement projects
  • Comfortable reading and understanding complex code and system logic
  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to translate technical detail into clear information
  • Familiarity with Azure or other cloud-hosted services
  • Understanding of data lineage, system workflows or process mapping
  • Experience working closely with software developers or engineers
  • Comfortable with business tools such as Monday.com, MS Office and Draw.io
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to pass BPSS and other clearance checks
