We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team in the EMEA region. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions for client onboarding wealth applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing regional stakeholder relationships, facilitating global technology collaboration, and ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our client onboarding platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Regional Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders concerning client onboarding wealth applications
Global Technology Interface: Interface regularly with technology leads globally to understand solution roadmaps, provide regional insights, and propagate feedback from the EMEA region
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Actively interact with stakeholders across various departments to gather feedback, identify pain points, and ensure alignment on client onboarding processes and systems
L3 Application Support & Coordination: Provide L3 support for client onboarding applications, coordinating with technical teams to resolve complex issues and minimize downtime
Business Analysis & Liaison: Function as the key business analyst liaison for client onboarding initiatives within the EMEA region, translating business requirements into technical specifications
Audit Assistance: Assist with internal and external audits related to client onboarding applications and processes, ensuring compliance and providing necessary documentation
User Interaction & Requirement Elicitation: Facilitate user workshops, conduct interviews, and employ various techniques to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from end-users
Solution Propagation: Drive the adoption and effective utilization of new and existing technological solutions across the EMEA region for client onboarding
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development and maintenance
Proven experience working in a Business Analyst capacity, effectively bridging gaps between technology and business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to business and technology teams
Extensive experience in managing and implementing successful projects, coupled with working knowledge of consulting and project management methodologies
Proven ability to perform under pressure and effectively manage deadlines or shifting expectations and requirements
Experience in JAVA, ORACLE SQL, and microservices is a plus
Experience in the client onboarding lifecycle and domain is preferred
