Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Agile Transformation Office. You will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and IT solutions, focusing on requirement elicitation, data modelling, and stakeholder communication. A bachelor’s degree in Informatics and a minimum of 5 years of experience are required. Enjoy flexible working options and a supportive work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Gather requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications that guide the development process
Business Entity Analysis and Data Modelling: Analyze business entities to understand their attributes, relationships, and interactions
Design and validate data models that accurately reflect business processes and requirements, ensuring data integrity and consistency
These data models will be used by the IT Product team to support the integration of business data with technology solutions
Joint Work refinement: With with Technical Architect and the IT product team to refine the goals to work items with clear acceptance criteria that define functionality from the an outcome perspective
Integration Planning: Plan and oversee the integration of business data with the technology solutions, mapping data sources and defining data transformation rules
Design: Input into high-level solution design that the IT Product team can use as a means to guide the low level design and solutions and use that to feed into test strategy
Solution validation and outcome verification
Testing and Validation: Input into and review test plans and scenarios to validate that the technology solutions meet business requirements, participating in reviewing test phases to ensure data accuracy and system functionality
Documentation: Create documentation, including high-level business requirements, functional specifications, data mapping and process maps
Design Decisions and Scope validation: capture and maintain design decisions, delivered outcome vs expected outcomes so that these can feed into future requirements and roadmap
Feedback and Calibration
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Maintain clear communication and scope separation between external teams and the IT Product team, ensuring alignment and understanding of requirements, risks and constraints
Performance & Calibration : Continuously monitor the performance of the technology capability against the business outcomes and strategy, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and suggesting future enhancements as inputs to future roadmap

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role is required
Advanced knowledge regarding Agile methodology
Experience with requirements analysis
Advanced experience with user story creation
Good understanding of Unified Communications Systems for end users, telephony technologies, including both Microsoft Teams-based solutions and SIP phone systems
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data clearly and accurately
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing reports, minutes, and other project documentation
Experience with projects with end-customer focus
Well-structured and organized working methodology
Excellent English verbal and written skills
