Job Description:

The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise and logical way. The role involves advanced understanding of system flows, architecture, and development standards to enable successful project delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with business and development teams to identify engineering requirements
assist in defining application, system, and process requirements
maintain engineering relationships with end users or clients
provide subject-specific expertise and an understanding of application programming principles
assist with developing standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
participate in the full development lifecycle including test plan execution and software quality requirements
communicate progress and manage risks
drive constructive dialogue to resolve discordant views
review metrics and streamline processes
assist with training activities and mentor new and junior team members.

Requirements:

12+ years of relevant experience in apps development or systems analysis role
experience with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, SQL, or front-end frameworks
subject matter expertise on banking domain like Loans and Underwriting will be an added advantage
knowledge of Business Process Engineering including BPMN and DMN
experience in project execution and agile methodology
proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
clear and concise written and verbal communication
ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
university degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have:

subject matter expertise on banking domain like Loans and Underwriting
knowledge of Business Process Engineering including BPMN and DMN.
