Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Adobe Target to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will focus on executing and optimizing website A/B tests, managing guest experiences, and contributing to technical implementations. This position requires a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of personalization and web analytics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute and manage daily website A/B testing initiatives utilizing Adobe Target
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, and marketing to implement and optimize guest experiences
  • Develop and maintain profile scripts and customer attributes within Adobe Target
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues using WebSDK, APIs, and data layers
  • Monitor and analyze web analytics to refine audience targeting and personalization strategies
  • Ensure seamless integration of Adobe Target with other digital platforms and workflows
  • Conduct testing and optimization to enhance user experiences
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide technical insights and progress updates
  • Stay updated on advancements in Adobe Experience Platform and related technologies
  • Provide technical support and guidance for end-to-end implementation processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in digital product management, with 3+ years focused on personalization and A/B testing
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Target implementation and optimization
  • Strong knowledge of profile scripts, customer attributes, and Adobe Target functionalities
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, WebSDK, and debugging tools
  • In-depth understanding of web analytics, audience segmentation, and personalization best practices

Nice to have:

  • Preferred certifications in Adobe Target Business Practitioner or Developer roles
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
