Job Description:

The successful applicant will support the remediation of an Oracle Billings Platform, working with technical teams across the business to remediate issues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with executives & C-suite stakeholders, keeping them informed and breaking down technical jargon
  • Work closely with technical teams and customer facing stakeholders to remediate current issues
  • Work through a substantial ticket backlog, categorising and distributing these to the relevant technical teams

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with an Oracle Billings platform or like transferable technical skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong problem solving acumen & ability to find unified solutions amongst technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Experience building functional requirements

Nice to have:

  • Oracle CCS and/or Oracle CC&B are highly regarded
  • Understanding of the testing environment is highly desirable
