Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy Business Analyst who thrives in the fast-paced world of digital banking and payments? We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Business Analyst to join a new team working on some exciting projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, building, and continuously evolving the next-generation digital card and payment experiences. You will work on end-to-end in-app capabilities, uplift core processes, and work on future payment innovations, focusing on modern card schemes and secure payment capabilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Elicit, analyze, and document technical requirements for in-app card management (view, controls, activation, servicing) and credit card functionality (repayments, limits, transfers)
  • Map and optimize core backend and customer-facing processes, including lost/stolen card management, reissues, tracking, and cardholder alert/security services
  • Help design and integrate rewards/loyalty features, simplify multi-card journeys, and lay the foundations for future payment innovations (e.g., Click to Pay, Scan to Pay)
  • Support the Product Owner in continuous backlog prioritization, grooming, and feature delivery within an active Agile delivery squad
  • Translate complex digital servicing and payment flows into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications for developers and QA teams
