Are you a tech-savvy Business Analyst who thrives in the fast-paced world of digital banking and payments? We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Business Analyst to join a new team working on some exciting projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, building, and continuously evolving the next-generation digital card and payment experiences. You will work on end-to-end in-app capabilities, uplift core processes, and work on future payment innovations, focusing on modern card schemes and secure payment capabilities.
Job Responsibility
Elicit, analyze, and document technical requirements for in-app card management (view, controls, activation, servicing) and credit card functionality (repayments, limits, transfers)
Map and optimize core backend and customer-facing processes, including lost/stolen card management, reissues, tracking, and cardholder alert/security services
Help design and integrate rewards/loyalty features, simplify multi-card journeys, and lay the foundations for future payment innovations (e.g., Click to Pay, Scan to Pay)
Support the Product Owner in continuous backlog prioritization, grooming, and feature delivery within an active Agile delivery squad
Translate complex digital servicing and payment flows into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications for developers and QA teams
