Requirements

  • Have worked with technical software teams
  • High level of proficiency with Excel
  • Minimum 1 year using Jira
  • Minimum 1 year creating Confluence page
  • Business awareness maturity
  • Become a trusted self starter when you own a responsibility
  • Able to write medium-level complex jira queries to extract data for analysis in excel
  • Able to write Jira stories and assure agile definition of ready is met
  • Able assure Jira Features meet client control procedures
  • Able to write Jira Automations using logic and awareness of how to make write the logic to quickly drill down in big data, how to test the automation prior to productionalizing it to avoid problems
  • Able to clone Jira stories or move from one board to another
  • Familiarity with software project testing
  • help identify high-level test cases based on the jira stories we've completed for changing our software
  • Able to review, research best practices and make recommendations for improvement in how we currently internally represent data
  • Represent our team in meetings where our application only provides test support, assure clear communication of testing timeline, maintain a single confluence page as overview for each project
  • Redesign or maintain confluence pages for policy, procedure preference or simple tracking
  • Update Jira stories during sprint planning
