Job Responsibility

Conduct desktop-based technical audits of BREEAM assessments, liaising with translators when required
Manage personal workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and turnaround targets

Maintain accurate records and update certification databases in line with operational procedures
Support the onboarding and training of new team members and contribute to the professional development of colleagues
Assist the leadership team in maintaining high performance standards and improving QA processes

Job Responsibility

Audit compliance against Quality Management Systems, GMP and HACCP controls, raising all non-conformances against relevant standards with objective evidence
Effectively communicate to enable the operational teams to take the appropriate and necessary corrective action – then follow up and monitor completion of actions
Understand the site traceability system to complete audits to demonstrate compliance and retrieve information for investigation purposes
Take samples (micro, nutritional, swab and organoleptic) against specific schedules and communicate the progress in a timely manner
Prepare and facilitate taste panels in accordance with procedure - ensuring that all results are accurately recorded and communicated to site
Calibration of measurement equipment in accordance with schedules and procedures
Assist the QA Supervisor in carrying out full investigations on specifications (micro and nutritional), complaints and incidents
Support NPD trials and product launches, assisting in micro testing and product life assessment to ensure products are manufactured to the correct standard as necessary
Provide technical support and advice to the factory team in the event of customer visit or audit
Coordination of day to day activities to deliver improvement of Technical KPIs

Lifecycle Management Architect: Design and implement automated retention and deletion policies to ensure we don't hold data liability longer than necessary
Lead Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs): Own the technical side of the DPIA process. You will assess new tools and processes, identify privacy risks and define mandatory technical mitigations before go-live
Enforce Export Control Boundaries: Design the technical segregation architectures required by BAFA and ITAR. You will define the access control models that IT implements to ensure restricted technical data never crosses a non-compliant border
