Job Responsibility:
Assist and support the account manager on their team
Play a central role in drafting and updating documentation
Create and update client accounts and documents
Analyze insurance policies (if certified)
Process transaction invoices
Oversee the issuance, modification, and cancellation of policies according to established procedures
Support, mentor, and perform tasks specific to their team
Requirements:
secretarial training (AEC or DEP), an asset
over 2 years of relevant professional experience (in Canada)
certified in commercial property and casualty insurance by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), an asset
proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
excellent organizational skills
strong communication and writing skills
autonomous, resourceful, and possess a high level of professional ethics
team player and enjoy fostering collaboration
fluent in English (oral and written)
