Job Responsibility

  • Assist and support the account manager on their team
  • Play a central role in drafting and updating documentation
  • Create and update client accounts and documents
  • Analyze insurance policies (if certified)
  • Process transaction invoices
  • Oversee the issuance, modification, and cancellation of policies according to established procedures
  • Support, mentor, and perform tasks specific to their team

Requirements

  • You have secretarial training (AEC or DEP), an asset
  • You have over 2 years of relevant professional experience (in Canada)
  • You are certified in commercial property and casualty insurance by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), an asset
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • You have excellent organizational skills
  • You have strong communication and writing skills
  • You are autonomous, resourceful, and possess a high level of professional ethics
  • You are a team player and enjoy fostering collaboration

Nice to have
