Job Description:

He/She will report directly to the Head of Asset Management and will be responsible for supporting them in the technical, operational, and contractual management of the assigned plants, as well as in managing O&M service providers and those involved in plant operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Negotiate and manage technical contracts
  • Analyze portfolio performance and prepare reports
  • Monitor scheduled maintenance activities and identify maintenance needs
  • Conduct analyses to assess deviations from production budgets and identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Onboarding of new assets, managing SCADA Level I and II connectivity
  • Understand and apply contracts related to Operations and Maintenance, PPAs, insurance, and financing facilities
  • Conduct site inspections alongside field operators, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company QHSE standards
  • Prepare technical and economic reports in accordance with company formats and timelines

Requirements:

  • Master Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related field)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in wind farm management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and autonomy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluent in Italian and English

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Python or SQL or PowerBi is considered a plus
