Taazaa Tech is expanding to Pune very soon in WORLD TRADE CENTER, , EON Free Zone, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014. We're looking for a Technical Architect to join our Core engineering team in Noida. Job Responsibility:

Architecture Design and Strategy: Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance architecture for web applications
Develop and maintain architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices
Evaluate and promote new technologies and development stacks to ensure the team stays up to date with industry trends
Understand system and infrastructure requirements, including databases, caching, and deployment
Design Patterns and Best Practices: Apply and promote the use of design patterns and best practices in software development
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards
Continuously assess and improve architectural processes and methodologies
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the team
Roadmap and Product Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and business goals
Define and maintain the technical roadmap aligning with the product vision
Ensure the architecture supports future growth and scalability needs
Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Lead technical discussions, workshops, and training sessions to upskill the team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Technical Architect, or similar role
10 + years of designing and delivering .Net / SQL Server / Web Applications
Working knowledge of software design and enterprise architecture patterns
Demonstrated experience with developing RESTful web services in production environment
Demonstrated experience with unit/integration/functional testing
Demonstrated experience in the mechanisms source control, repositories, Wikis
Demonstrated experience in continuous integration
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Stack technologies
.NET Core 2+, Entity Framework, Web API, REST
RDBMS - MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL (any of these)
Demonstrated experience designing and architecting scalable and resilient software
Hands on experience with AI Productivity tools such as Chat GPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude

Nice to have:

In-depth familiarity with Agile methodologies and pair programming is a plus
Working knowledge with NoSQL such as MongoDB is a plus
Nice to have hands on exp for Frontend stack - JavaScript / ReactJS / Angular 2+
