We are seeking an accomplished Technical Architect to join our team on a transformative AI agent project. In this expert-level role, you will leverage your hands-on coding background and technical architecture to help train and shape innovative AI models. Join a dynamic, remote environment where your expertise across multiple technologies will directly influence the next generation of AI solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Architect and design robust, scalable solutions across the full stack, focusing on AI agent development initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables
  • Develop and refine AI models by applying best practices and deep technical insight
  • Write, review, and optimize code, ensuring quality, maintainability, and alignment with project goals
  • Guide the team in implementing design patterns and architectural best practices for both frontend and backend systems
  • Document architectural decisions and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment that prioritizes clear written and verbal communication
