Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect (Java + React) to join our team. In this role, you will design and guide the technical architecture of complex, scalable applications and platforms. You will be responsible for defining best practices, ensuring technical excellence, and mentoring engineering teams across frontend and backend domains. This is a leadership role that requires deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS, combined with strong system design, cloud architecture, and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop and implement software architecture solutions using Java and ReactJS frameworks
  • Lead the technical design process and ensure alignment with business objectives and long-term product vision
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks and processes to ensure the highest quality, scalability and efficiency
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development teams and guide them in coding best practices, system design and problem-solving
  • Ensure solutions comply with IT standards, policies and architectural frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and introduce innovation into DigiEx’s technology stack

Requirements:

  • More than 7 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and ReactJS
  • Proven experience in designing large-scale, distributed and cloud-native systems
  • Strong knowledge of API design, microservices, event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, along with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and infrastructure as code
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to bridge business needs with technical execution
