Technical Architect

• Lead the configuration and design of Workday modules
• Partner with HR, Finance, Cybersecurity, IT and PMO teams to understand business needs and recommend solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for configuration, integration, and reporting
• Develop and maintain documentation for Workday configurations, business processes, notifications, validations, and security within the modules, ensuring proper smoke testing is completed prior to handing over to the business owner for testing
• Managing defects, ensuring timely solution management
• Support and reporting requirements working closely with other reporting teams
• Ensure system integrity by performing regular audits and troubleshooting issues
• Support the integration with multiple applications and consolidation of reports from Workday
• Knowledge transfer and documentation

• 5+ years of Workday configuration experience in several modules
• 5+ years experience and/or exposure to HR business and processes
• Proven experience in configuring and supporting Workday
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strongly familiar with integrations, reporting, and dashboards within Workday
