Job Description

We are looking to speak with technical design professionals who can: Deliver detailed technical design packages across RIBA Stages 4-5; Produce high-quality coordinated drawings and construction information using Revit (essential); Work across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and civic projects; Support coordination of multidisciplinary design teams; Contribute to fully resolved, buildable technical design solutions; Work within a collaborative, design-led studio environment

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and deliver technical drawing packages using Revit
  • Produce detailed construction information and specifications
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal design teams
  • Support technical problem-solving and design resolution
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and project standards
  • Contribute to design reviews and coordination meetings

Requirements

  • Experience as an Architectural Technologist, Technician or Technical Architect
  • Strong experience delivering RIBA Stages 4-5
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Experience working within an architectural practice or consultancy environment
  • Strong technical coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to have

  • Experience across multiple sectors (any sector considered)
  • Exposure to complex or large-scale projects
  • Strong interest in technical detailing and buildability resolution
