Job Description:

Technical Architect responsible for architecting storage solutions that achieve customer business outcomes. Role involves designing end-to-end storage architectures for mission-critical applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and resilience across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments. Focuses on modern storage transformations including SAN, NAS, object storage, software-defined storage, data protection, and disaster recovery.

Job Responsibility:

Demonstrates in-depth knowledge in solution domains and customer's technical environment
Develops compelling customer proposals and manages expectations
Quantifies impact of business problems and positions business value
Provides input to global business units on IT trends and requirements
Translates outcome-based solutions into functional and technical designs
Communicates how solution value propositions address customer needs
Tracks leading-edge and emerging technologies
Contributes to industry development through conferences and events
Actively gathers competitive intelligence
Drives Account Business Planning process
Participates in deep-dive discussions and builds customer relationships
Produces comparative analysis of alternative approaches
Develops optimal workload solutions
Leverages knowledge of partner products
Transfers knowledge to external partners
Proactively builds pipeline and nurtures active deals
Monitors account pipeline and prioritizes activities
Participates in sales forecast meetings
Documents work throughout sales cycle
Builds relationships with customer executives
Shares knowledge with peers and develops junior team members

Requirements:

First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications
8-12 years of technical experience in IT with focus on technical consulting and solution selling
Knowledge-based and experience-based relevant industry certifications
Advanced experience participating in and leading solution configurations and creation of demos and proofs-of-concept
Advanced understanding of company portfolio of products, software, services, solution domain specialization
Advanced ability to translate aaS and complete ecosystem, differentiated value, solutions, and workloads
Advanced understanding of aaS business model variations
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and applicable local languages
Advanced business and financial acumen
Advanced consultative/value selling skills
Advanced company business knowledge and technical tools
Advanced resource management skills
Hands on experience with one or more products, solutions, tools, or services
Ability to design and develop playbooks for demonstrations
Advanced project and time management knowledge
Advanced knowledge of partner offerings
Advanced strategic planning and account planning skills
