Technical Architect, Data and AI

• Technology Advisory. Act as a trusted advisor, framing business and product challenges into actionable AI and data architectures. Identify opportunities for AI‑enabled customer experiences, personalization, and data-driven value creation
• Hands‑on Solution Architecture and Build. Design and implement end‑to‑end AI systems, including data flows, RAG pipelines, agentic architectures, model orchestration, and real-time inference services. Produce working prototypes, reference implementations, and deployment-ready components
• Pre‑Sales. Shape proposals, architectures, and delivery approaches for client opportunities. Partner with sales teams to define go‑to‑market strategies and articulate the value of AI‑driven digital products
• Solution Delivery Leadership. Oversee the delivery of AI applications using technologies such as LLMs, Agentic and Generative AI, and predictive analytics with high architectural quality, performance, and integration with user-facing digital products
• Thought Leadership. Track emerging AI technologies, architectural patterns, and tooling. Contribute to frog offerings, accelerators, and industry points of view
• Cross‑disciplinary Collaboration. Work with UX, Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams from discovery to deployment. Shape product roadmaps, evaluate feasibility, and ensure alignment between AI capabilities, user experience, and technical constraints

• 5+ years of experience in data, AI, cloud, or technology consulting
• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields preferred
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-native AI solutions on Azure (Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, AKS) or AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, EKS) or GCP, using modern serverless and containerized deployment patterns
• Proven experience architecting and building production-grade AI applications, ideally customer-facing (e.g., conversational experiences, content generation, personalization, recommender systems)
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures (event-driven pipelines, data lakes, real-time processing, API-first architectures)
• Leadership experience, guiding in-house or external teams of engineers or data/ML practitioners
• Experience driving pre-sales conversations and scoping AI initiatives, including crafting proposals, estimation, and value cases
• Comfort operating across strategy and engineering, able to switch between conceptual business framing and hands-on problem solving
• Ability to define AI strategies and execute them, from discovery through delivery, including ownership of readiness assessments, operating model design, governance, and capability enablement
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing both technical and non technical audiences
• Knowledge of modern frameworks for web (React, Vue, Angular) or mobile (React Native, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin) development
• Fluency in English (B2+)
• Willingness to travel internationally for key meetings and collaboration sessions
