Overview: Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor's "Best Places to Work" Position involves a role that is responsible for implementation of Blue Yonder Category Management with good knowledge on Blue Yonder Category Management. These include independently handling the implementation and providing solutions to technical/functional issues. The associate should have knowledge in at least any of the areas (SP, FP & AO, CKB, CC, Reporting). Scope: Core responsibilities include maintenance & support of the customer projects to manage environmental & product related issues. Our current technical environment: Software: Blue Yonder Products, Dot Net, BA Tools (Cognos) , IIS, Tomcat Tools: PowerShell scripting, SQL, Basics of C# scripting, GIT, Rest API, OAuth Frameworks/Others: Azure, Control-m, Zabbix monitoring, Git etc., Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD) Integration: File based & API Integrations. What you'll do: Good to have good knowledge in the two Blue Yonder products mentioned above. Should have hands-on experience with installing and configuring the product and understanding the interactions within various modules. Should have implementation experience on Blue Yonder products with at least one or two full cycle implementation experience. Candidate should be familiar with Azure Basics and preferably should have completed Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification. It is desirable to have a candidate who has worked on oracle to SQL server migration. Candidates should be able to manage the architecture challenges from migrating to SQL + data migration issues. Candidates should possess knowledge of batch scheduling tools used in Azure. Candidate should have thorough knowledge of integration options with Azure and be able to advise on the Web services [SOAP, REST etc.]. It is preferable if the candidate has previous experience of working in any of the cloud technologies and should be familiar with the basic network terminologies. Should have experience in reviewing the integration design and suggest best practices. Should work as a liaison between Consulting, Support and Cloud Services to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements during on-boarding of new customers or during upgrades or patch updates It is mandatory to have good knowledge of Oracle RBDMS concepts and administration. Knowledge of RAC (Real Application Cluster) is an added advantage. Candidate should be able to review an existing application set up and perform an assessment for suitability to upgrade. Understands how Blue Yonder solutions can be configured to better facilitate client business processes. Should have strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of any defect management tool will be an added advantage. Ensures quantity and quality content in the Knowledgebase. Should be able to drive a KT and Transition plan effectively. It will be an added advantage to have a candidate with knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes. Responsible for incident resolution for specific set of customers within the specified POD / Product / Project Adheres to priority-based management based on impact + urgency. Drive Service Improvement Plans and ensuring the Incident Management process is performed as designed What we are looking for: Associates have expert customer service/phones skills - Being able to walk associates through advanced tasks over the phone and deal with difficult customers Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of internal and external personnel with emphasis on follow-through and reporting.
