Job Description

We are recruiting a Technical and Product Coordinator for one of our clients, a major manufacturer of hydraulic equipment and one of the world’s leading suppliers of shock absorbers.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivering technical training sessions for customers’ mechanics, sales teams, and warranty departments, including during distributors’ exhibitions
  • Providing technical and product support to customers in Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Greece
  • Managing and monitoring warranty claims
  • Developing technical training materials
  • Internal reporting, handling and resolving customer requests, and maintaining the database
  • Analyzing market prices based on information collected by sales managers

Requirements

  • Graduate of technical secondary or higher education in the automotive field
  • 6–12 months of experience in the automotive sector
  • Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally
  • Driving license, category B
  • Knowledge of Romanian and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive individual, open to professional development, efficiency- and accuracy-oriented, team player
  • Strong results orientation by setting priorities and minimizing non-productive activities

Nice to have

a third language (Hungarian/Serbian)- is an advantage
