Job Description:

The Technical and Cost Analyst supports Red Team reviews by assessing technical requirements, cost realism, affordability, and execution risk in Federal solicitations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review technical requirements for clarity and feasibility
  • Evaluate cost estimates, pricing structures, and affordability
  • Identify technical and cost risks and mitigation strategies
  • Document findings and support ranked comment development
  • Contribute to final Red Team review products

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in systems engineering, cost analysis, or acquisition program management
  • Experience supporting Federal acquisition programs
  • Familiarity with cost estimating or technical evaluation processes
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or related field required
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Nice to have:

  • Master's degree preferred
  • DAWIA Level II or III
  • Experience supporting source selections or independent reviews
  • Knowledge of DHS or DoD acquisition programs
