Job Responsibility

Building a knowledge base and continuous improvement of the content to support our internal teams and the customer

Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar client-focused role
Strong technical expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, data modeling, and systems analysis
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Experience working within Agile teams is highly valued
