The ability to represent the AP brand as a Technical Advisor as a Technician providing a technical yet passionate image to the customer; as a customer service specialist in providing knowledge and insight. The Technical Advisor embodies the craftsmanship and brand legitimacy in the boutique.
Job Responsibility:
After-Sales Service Management - Responsible for the entire watch repair process, including registration, photo documentation, progress tracking, collection, and etc.
Client Care Service - Provide timely updates on repair progress to customers, conduct follow-up calls, and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Technical Support Service - Provide quick repair services (strap replacement, link addition/removal, water resistance testing)
answer customer questions about complications from a technical perspective.
Spare Parts Inventory Management - Responsible for daily spare parts management in the boutique, conduct regular inventory checks, develop parts replenishment plans, and control costs
Sales Support - Actively participate in boutique sales, promote Audemars Piguet products (watches, jewelry), and assist the team in achieving sales targets.
Internal Training - Provide training to boutique staff on movements, materials, product performance, and enhance the team's professional expertise.
Customer Relationship Management - proficiently use CRM system, develop and maintain customer resources, and maintain regular communication with clients.
Brand Experience Delivery - Serve customers with a professional and positive attitude, conveying brand value and luxury experience.
Requirements:
Product Knowledge - Familiar with Audemars Piguet brand history, product collections, and competitive advantages
understanding of watchmaking craftsmanship and complications
Industry Awareness - Understanding of fashion and luxury market dynamics, with high-end brand service awareness
Communication Skills - Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in accessible language
