Job Responsibility

  • Research, identify, and solve the software and hardware issues for the German pharmacies
  • Offer technical support especially for the ERP system provided by our company to pharmacy
  • Manage a wide range of use cases from simple to complex ones: configuration, troubleshooting, creating new accounts, software/hardware installation, Linux/Windows or MySQL database problems
  • Open cases in order to track it
  • Elaborate technical documentation if needed
  • Help the customer over remote access (mainly TeamViewer) in order to set up new requirements or solve problems
  • Help the pharmacist and staff to add, remove, install new and/or old hardware
  • Offer technical assistance to customer over remote access (mainly TeamViewer) in order to set up new requirements or solve problems
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with different teams to resolve issues promptly

Requirements

  • Good experience in IT/technical support
  • Relevant hands-on experience in support: outbound/inbound calls, emails, dealing with ticket systems (being familiar with ticketing tools such as: Navision, Salesforce or others)
  • Proficiency in German language (spoken and written)
  • Strong customer-oriented and communication skills
  • Initiative and problem-solving attitude
  • Have basic knowledge of the Windows/Linux operating systems and hardware knowledge is also an advantage
  • Have basic network knowledge and experience in performing installations and system configurations
  • Linux operation experience which must include at least some of the following operations: creation/renaming and deletion of folders, check system health (memory and HDD), uptime of the system, status of processes, mounting different folders, handling archives, editing and creating of text files, updating different software components, networking
