Based in Exeter, South West Norse are dedicated to delivering professional services across a range of property management disciplines including estate and asset management, building surveying, architectural design, M & E engineering, project management and facilities management.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain the records which summarise our clients legal interests in its property estate
Understand and extrapolate key information from deeds and other legal documents
Record the information extracted from the deeds on our Digital Mapping (GIS) and corporate property database
Answering enquiries from Clients and our own Estates Surveyors
Maintain and update appropriate monitoring systems, including the investigation and correction of errors/exceptions
Provide regular reports in line with relevant KPI requirements
Provide support to the estates team with their case work
Resolve or escalate queries from clients in an efficient manner
Have an awareness and understanding of GDPR
Support clients with assembling information for Freedom of Information Requests
Provide general administrative support and cover colleagues when required
Requirements:
Previous experience within a similar administration role, possibly in a legal practice
5 GCSE’s or equivalent Grade A-C including maths and English
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal skills and to possess a methodical approach to your workload
Good numeracy and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Nice to have:
An understanding of legal terms and ideally some experience in relation to property transaction is desirable
