Job Responsibility

Deliver administrative support to technical teams, including managing schedules, formatting reports, and preparing documentation
Support process improvements and assist with implementing new systems and tools
Update and maintain internal systems, databases, and records
Assist with the on-boarding of staff, including setting up IT equipment and user accounts
Liaise with IT support and vendors to help resolve technical issues and coordinate maintenance
Monitor and manage software licenses, hardware inventory, and procurement processes
Support data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks using Excel and other tools with precision and accuracy
Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations
